In his Success Strategies newsletter Jack teaches that the first step for activating "The Secret" in your life is to start each day with a morning intention, visualization and releasing process.  He notes that often, when you visualize your goal, negative limiting beliefs come up. He says "don't fight or argue with the thought, just release it." 

Two very powerful Energy Psychology techniques processes that find, address and release these limiting beliefs are the Healing Codes and the Success Codes. Both were  discovered by Dr. Alex Loyd and Dr. Ben Johnson (also one of the teachers from the Secret).  Mark Victor Hansen, coauthor with Jack Canfield of the "Chicken Soup for the Soul" books endorses the Healing CodesTM.  He writes: "Dr. Alex Loyd has the defining healing technology in the world today - It (the Healing Codes) will revolutionize health. THE HEALING CODES:
A path to peace? One coach’s perspective

Abstract

Dr. Lorna Minewiser, a Healing Codes Coach, describes the Healing Codes program using Dr. Benor’ list of common factors in healing. She cites research by Dr. Bruce Lipton, which appears to substantiate the process underlying the Healing Codes. The description of how Dr. Alex Loy discovered the Healing Codes and how they seem to work is followed by Dr. Minewiser’s experience with the Healing Codes. Interviews with several of her Healing Codes clients are included. Sh concludes that the Healing Codes process can help people change their beliefs about themselves an their world and find peace. The Codes may also heal at a deep spiritual level, as Dr. Loyd claims.

Dr. Bruce Lipton's book The Biology of Belief, won the science book of the year award in 2006.
